DFW '26 Pride Edition
This collection is a celebration of transformation. Every design is created from upcycled materials, including vintage wedding dresses, old tents, fly curtains, fabric remnants and even doll body parts. I believe that discarded materials deserve a second life, and discovering their hidden potential is my greatest source of inspiration. The aesthetic is eclectic, raw and unapologetic.
Think Mad Max meets glitter. The reused materials are not disguised but embraced, allowing their history and imperfections to remain visible as part of each piece.
The masks were created by Jason Gronlund, who designed them in 3D, printed them, and hand-painted them in collaboration with Daniel Acosta. Inspired by the beauty of imperfection, they perfectly complement the collection and celebrate individuality, authenticity and the unexpected.
Together, the collection and masks tell a story of resilience, creativity and finding beauty in what others leave behind.

Dutch Sustainable Fashion Week
In 2023, I participated in the exhibition of Dutch Sustainable Fashion Week in Rotterdam.
Through the themes reduce, repair, rethink, recycle, refuse, reuse and repurpose, the exhibition challenged consumers to extend the life cycle of their garments and reconsider their relationship with fashion.
The week highlighted practical and creative alternatives to fast fashion and encouraged a more conscious approach to clothing.

Vermeer Recycle
For the Vermeer Recycle project, I got to create a sustainable, custom-made design inspired by Vermeer’s legacy. Using upcycled city banners from the 'Discover Vermeer’s Delft' campaign, I transformed these materials into a unique fashion piece. In collaboration with Delft Marketing and photographer Caroline Sikkenk, six designers were invited to give new life to these fabrics. My design was part of the exhibition at the Vermeer Center Delft.

Design for the Fashion Route
The Hague Fashion Week invited me to create a design for their 2024 Window & Fashion Route.
I used only secondhand materials — including a vintage biker jacket and a wedding dress — to craft a look that embodies both strength and femininity. The design was on display of the KiloKilo shop.

Lange Voor Haute Couture
In 2023, I was selected to participate in the fashion exhibition Lange Voor Haute Couture at Lange Voorhout in The Hague, organised by The Fashionweek.
From October 4 to 8, seven designers presented a royal couture garment. Alongside Bas Kosters, Jimmy Paul, Michelangelo Winklaar, Bjorn van den Berg, Louise Noordam and Anouk van Klaveren, I showcased a couture piece that reflected my vision on sustainable craftsmanship within a royal context.

Television Appearance
Heb Ik Wat Van Je Aan? – Net5
On September 7, 2022, I appeared on the Dutch television program Heb Ik Wat Van Je Aan?, broadcast on Net5.
In each episode, three emerging fashion designers step in to help Dutch celebrity who are unsure what to wear for a special occasion. Each designer creates a complete look, after which the featured celeb selects her favourite design.
For my episode, I designed a red carpet outfit for Daphne Deckers. Working alongside Suzanne Buker and Fares Moses, I developed a couture creation that translated concept into impact, balancing individuality with elegance for a public appearance.
The program was presented by Olcay Gulsen, with mentorship from couture designer Mart Visser.
This experience combined design under pressure, creative competition and national media exposure, further strengthening my ability to deliver distinctive, high impact designs within a dynamic setting.

Political catwalk '19
The theme of this edition of Political Catwalk was 100 Years of Women’s Suffrage! Based on the theme, the young designers converted their ideas into outfits for the participating politicians.
I designed outfits for Gideon Everduim (DENK) and Ines Kostic (PvdD)
