Return Policy

  • You have a period of 14 days to return the product, starting on the day you receive the product. You have another 14 days from the time of return to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, with the hangtags still attached. The return costs are for your account to return the order.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted. You can send the item back. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact me for any return questions.
  • I will credit the amount within 14 days. In case you used a giftcard to pay for your purchase you will receive the amount on a new giftcard or vouchercode for my webshop.
  • You can’t return a purchased item if an item is made to order and specificly made to fit you. If I have made an error (it rarely happens tbh but best to cover myself), I offer free alterations. Let me know within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s a problem by emailing me.
  • If you’ve mixed up your measurements and your order doesn’t fit because you got the numbers wrong, don’t worry. I can still fix it, but you will be charged for alterations.

  • Alterations will be charged at € 35,- p/h and are usually completed within two weeks, once I have received your order back. You’ll have to cover shipping costs yourself.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we I can evaluate the issue and solve it.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


  • I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded.

  • It is of course important that if you have a complaint about my products and/or services you will get in touch with me. I would like to help you further and offer a desired solution. You can mail to:

    After receiving your complaint I will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If it requires more time, I will inform you of this.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

  • For items that are not made to order your package will be sent within 2-3 days to your home, an alternative address or a pick-up location.
  • If an item is made to order you can check the time it will take to be ready for shipment in the product information on the item’s page. 

Track your package

  • As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a notification. If the item is sent with a track and trace code you will receive an email with the delivery information and a tracking link with which you can track your package online. Please note that it may take a while for the tracking link to work.

  • FREE Local Pick-Up at my adress: Garststraat 54, 4021 AD, Maurik. Contact me to use this option so that we can arrange our oppointment.
  • Free shipment for the Netherlands on orders from € 50,-
  • Free shipment to other EU countries on orders from € 100,-
  • Free shipment to United Kingdom € 150,-
  • Free shipment to the rest of the world on orders from € 200,-

Shipping party

  • I ship with PostNL and DHL
  • Once the item is shipped shipping time can take 1-2 days (for shipments within the Netherlands)
  • (This is an indication and I can’t give you a guarantee with regard to delivery based on this information)

Shipping material

  • Letterbox mail goes in a sustainable cardboard box.
  • Larger orders go in a recycled box.

Delivery problems

  • If your order has not been received after 2 weeks please contact me and we will come up with a solution together.

Product arrived damaged

  • That sucks! Especially because I have made and shipped it with care. In this case, please contact me immediately. Send an email with one or more photos of the packaging and the product to me and we will find a solution together.

Do you ship to my country?

  • I try my best to ship to all countries.
  • Please contact me if your country doesn’t appear on the list while checking out. I will do my best to get the desired item shipped to you. 

Warranty & Service

  • Stephastique aims to deliver high quality products and excellent service. Warranties are provided in accordance with Dutch law. Should you however not be satisfied about a product or the service, please contact me.
